We attract top professionals who truly care about educating talents of all age groups on the professional side of the entertainment industry. Through free online and offline workshops, training materials, guest speakers and other special events, students receive motivation to pursue their passion for the arts. The endowment also provides resources to assist in the education and development of aspiring talent, including partial to full scholarships to the National Discovery Spotlight Full-day Workshops, Expo and Competition, which happens twice a year.




We provide workshops all over the country and even if you can’t make it physically, you can still access free online workshops and training materials. Jenni Lubo
Jenni Lubo started working in the fashion industry as a domestic and international model over 20 years ago. After college, while still being employed as model, she used her knowledge to enter the business-side of the industry and started a boutique tradeshow modeling company in Las Vegas, NV. Over the past 30 years Click presently represents over 1,000 models with divisions focusing on Women, Men, Plus Size, Runway, Showroom, FIT, and Lifestyle. Click Atlanta has been opened for over 20 years.
Jeremy Sickles
Daniel Hoff Agency is celebrating it's 25th year in business! Jeremy is an agent in the New York office and specializes in musical theatre. They have clients on Broadway, National Tours, and Regional Theatres around the country. Some recent bookings include Meangirls, Escape to Magaritaville, Book of Mormon, Beautiful, Cats, Aladdin, Phantom of the Opera, On Your Feet, Curvy Widow, The Color Purple, Les Miserables, Fun Home, Finding Neverland, Love Never Dies, and The Bodyguard.
Allison Millar
Allison Millar was discovered at the age of 15 at the Discovery Spotlight Model and Talent Expo. She was then signed with Next Model Management, Miami and Click Model Management, NY. She walked the runway for multiple designers in NY fashion week in her first season at age 17. She has been a finalist on Season 2 the hit show The Face with Naomi Campbell. She has since been working internationally in European Markets including Milan, Paris, London, and Spain.
Mathew Prescott
Matthew Prescott has worked and performed with Donald Byrd's Spectrum Dance Theater, Alonzo King's LINES Ballet, Ballet NY, Complexions Contemporary Ballet, Amanda Miller, The Suzanne Farrell Ballet, The Alabama Ballet, Armitage Gone! Dance, BalletX and others. He is currently the Artistic Director for the Joffrey Ballet School’s Musical Theater Broadway summer intensive and is Co-Founder and Co-Artistic Director of The Institute for American Musical Theatre in NYC.
Freddie Hendricks
Freddie Hendricks, of Atlanta, GA has created over 20 critically acclaimed productions that promote self-empowerment for every generation as their underlying mission is to create art that inspires positive social change. Hendricks was the mentor and acting coach of Charity Jordan from the movie "Selma", Broadway’s “Fela!” stars, Saycon Sengbloh and Sahr Ngaujah.
Michael Good
Michael Good is an instructor and acting coach, whose career encompasses over 15 years of work for stage, screen and television. He is the founder of the Good Acting Studio and is a scout for Alpha Tyler Casting Atlanta. Alpha Tyler has worked on projects for Warner Bros, Paramount Studios, DreamWorks, Universal Studios, HBO and Comedy Central.
